DIPLOMA IN DAIRY SCIENCE-COURSES
The diploma programme of two year duration covers the topics like dairy chemistry, dairy microbiology, dairy technology, dairy husbandry, dairy engineering, dairy extension, dairy farm business management, statistics, accountancy, economics and co-operation along with hands-on training in dairy production, processing, quality control and marketing. The programme involve Dairy farm training and dairy plant training of four weeks duration each as a part of course curriculum.
