The B.Tech students of College of Dairy Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram participated in EMINENCE’18 , the National Conference on ‘ Emerging Food Technologies towards Safe Food ’ organized by the Department of Food Technology, T K M Institute of Technology, Kollam. Mr. Joel George (2015 Admission) secured First Prize and Ms. Amritha V.S (2015 Admission) secured Second Prize for Poster Presentation Competition on the theme ‘Processing and Value Addition’.
