QUOTATION NOTICE
 
Quotations are invited for the supply and erection work, following pre-fabricated structures with accessories at Instructional Farm, Pookode, Wayanad.
Location
Site No. 1- 23 Feet  (width) x 50 Feet Length ( Rear side of Amphi Theatre)
Site No:2 - 20 Feet ( Width ) x 60 Feet ( Length ) ( Rear side of AI Centre)
Site No: 3 -21 Feet ( Width )x 36 Feet (Length) ( Inside AI Centre)
Nature of Work
Truss and side mesh Grill Covering work.
Foundation-R.C.C, Post 2 ½ GI Pipe B Class ,Bar Plate and Foundation Bolt,
Rafter’s Truss 3 x 1 ½ GI Pipe,
Purling 1 ¼ x 1 ¼ GI Pipe,
Roofing Sheet Traffold (30 Gauge), Ridges GI Coil, Gutter P.V.C,
Side Grill 1x1 mesh (10 Gauge) Grill Botom 20g GI sheet.
Side should be covered by Taurpaulin (Preferably 120 GSM)
Door and Lock facility should be provided.
           
At Site No: 3, the left side wall may be considered and no side mesh need not be considered.
 The work should include Water Tank (1000 litre at all site) with water tank stand.
The rate should include material cost , Labour charge and taxes if any.
The quotation should reach the under signed on or before 13-02-2013 ,2.00 PM. The quotation will opened on the same day at 3 PM in the presence of quotationer’s.
All the rules and regulations applicable to Govt. quotations will be applicable to the quotation also. The complete power to accept or reject any quotation will be rested upon the undersigned.
