Talk on Technology of Cheese held at KVASU Dairy Plant

   AFST(I) Thrissur chapter organised a talk on 25.04.13 on "Technology of Cheese' by Dr. R. Palanidorai, Professor, Dept. of Dairy Science, Madras Veterinary College, Chennai at Seminar hall, University Dairy Plant, Mannuthy. The session was followed by a demonstration of preparation of Mozarella cheese.
