           EMPANELMENT OF ARCHITECTS FOR DESIGN AND ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY

KVASU has invited EOI to empanel firms for the preparation of master plan and other Architectural designs in its various campuses in Kerala. The pre-qualifying criteria for the firms to be short listed were specified in the EOI - KVASU/LO/TVPM//2011. About 18 responses were received which were taken up for pre qualifying vide decision no 2.3 of the competent authority i.e., Board of Management of the University which met on 5/9/2012.
For short listing, a Technical committee was constituted vide proceedings No KVASU / IDW / General / 14/2012 dated 6/9/2012, consisting of following officers and invited technical experts

Based on the EOI guide lines, the committee examined the EOIs submitted by the firms and based on the score card and guidelines prepared for guidance of the committee, indicating the points awarded for each firms has been tabulated.

Only the short listed qualified firms alone will be asked as per RFEOI to submit an affidavit to the effect that no criminal case under CrPC is pending with the firm along with other relevant details mentioned in the EOI. The firm which has not been shortlisted will also be intimated separately. The detailed score card and relevant documents can be persued with notice at the office of the under signed.
