08Recently Dairy plant is receiving complaints on spoilage of milk as a sequele to higher ambient temperature. Essential quality tests are performed in this unit before despatch of milk sachets. The available microbes in pasteurized milk will multiply at a faster pace in hot climate along with rise in acidity and consequent curdling of milk. Moreover problems with power supply disrupt maintenance of cold chain System. We request our consumers to follow the precautions listed below since we are not in a position to replace the sold sachets.
1. Do not buy more than required number of sachets for future use.
2. Keep it in refrigerated condition as soon as possible
3. Milk for use for the next 24 hours is to be boiled and kept in the chiller compartment of fridge.
4. Give your feedback to dpmty@kvasu.ac.in Or 0487-2370848
Sincerely yours
HEAD, Dairy Plant, KVASU, Mannuthy
