T , Assistant Professor, Meat Technology Unit (Dept of LPT) has presented a scientific paper-Oral on Quality evaluation of functional chicken nuggets formulated with designer eggs, dietary fiber and natural antioxidants and won best presentation award in the National seminar on Food: safety, Health and environment” organized by the Association of Meat Scientists and Technologists(AMST) and Department of Livestock products Technology(Meat Science), Madras Veterinary college, Chennai on 25th and 26th February 2016.
