V.S.Sunilkumar will inaugurate the Technology, Information and Sales Centre Building of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University building at Mannuthy on 13th January 2017  at 2 pm and launch the certificate course in Animal handling in zoo and Forests as per the invitation attached.
