State needs Zoonotic disease Control StrategiesSays Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sri. K.P.Mohanan

                Kerala Which occupies nearly one percent geographic area of the country needs strategic zoonotic disease control programmes- Says Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Government of Kerala Sri. K.P.Mohanan. Minister was delivering inaugural address during the Valedictory Session of National Seminar on One Health and Food Safety Challenges  at Thissur on 17th February 2012. Minister Suggested that Kerala will achieve self sufficiency in egg production within one year. President of IAVPHS Dr.M.P.Singh presided over the function.Shri. M.P.Vincent MLA addressed the gathering. Minister distributed life time achievement award to Dr.E. Nanu( Former Dean, CVAS, Mannuthy), Sarvotham Samman to Dr.R.Vijayakumar(DAH) and Young Scientist Award to Dr.Prejith, Asst Professor, CVAS, Pookode. President KSVC Dr.Udayavarman, Director of Entrepreneurship Dr.S.Ramkumar and  Secretary IAVPHS Dr.Ashok kumar  offered felicitations. Dr.H. Subramanian welcomed the gathering and Dr.N.Ashok expressed  vote of thanks.
