LIMITED TENDER/QUOTATION NOTICE
Sealed limited tenders/quotations are invited for the supply of “Materials required for the Roofing & Truss works of cattle shed”, as per the specifications detailed below:

1. 3.00mx1.06m coated sheet - -.35mm G.I.colour for roofing  24 nos.
2. 2” G.I.Pipe for posts and connections                                                66m(11 length)
3. 1 ½” G.I.Pipe for crosstie & struts                                                      24m(4 length)
4. 1” G.I.pipe for                                                                                     60m(10 length)
5. 1” G.I.hooks & eyes                                                                  2 kg.
Quotations/limited tenders should reach this office on or before 26.3.2012 before 12.00 Noon and will be opened at 3 P.M. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers/quotationers or their authorized representatives
 
Cost and taxes applicable should be specified separately.
E.M.D.                             - Rs.1000/-
     Conditions:-
  1. The sealed cover containing the tender /quotation should be superscribed “limited
       tender/quotation for the supply of materials required for the roofing &      
       Truss works of cattleshed ” and addressed to theAssociate Professor & Head,
       Livestock Research Station,   Thiruvazhamkunnu.
  1. The E.M.D.may be remitted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the
            Associate Professor & Head payable at S.B.T.Mannarkkad.
  1. On acceptance the supply order will be placed and invoice should be addressed to the Associate Professor & Head, Livestock Research Station, Thiruvazhamkunnu
  2.  Payment will be effected only after satisfactory supply of the items
  3. The successful tenderer should supply the item within 10 days from the date of
      supply order.
  1. All the rules and regulations applicable to Government tenders/quotations will be applicable to this also.
  2. The undersigned reserves all the right to accept or reject the tenders/quotations without assigning any reason thereof and his decision will be final in all respect.
