Tenders are invited for the supply of Bus @ CVAS, Mannuthy
Sealed tenders on their own commercial letter papers are invited from manufacturers/ dealers desirous of supplying to the college a school bus having about 50 seat capacity with body and seats ready to be used on road.
The envelopes containing the tenders should bear the superscription “tender for the supply of bus” and should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 15.05.2012; 3 p.m.. The tenders received within the stipulated time will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 15.05.2012 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at the office at the time.
The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and for a school bus having a seating capacity of 50 or around and should be for chassis with body and seats ready to be used on road. The period required for delivery of the vehicle, place of delivery, mode of payment etc. should be clearly specified in the tender. Special discount/ offer if any available for government educational institutions may also be specified.
