QUOTATION NOTICE
Sealed competitive quotations are invited from reputed firms for the supply of “Patent Drugs” to this office, (List appended), for one year from the date of acceptance of quotation. The quotations should reach the undersigned on or before 16.07.2012, 11 A.M quoting the price for each item per unit including taxes if applicable. The quotation will be opened at 11 A.M on the same day. Late quotations will not be accepted.
The items should be supplied to this office immediately as and when intends is placed from this office. The quotation is valid for a period of one year from the date of acceptance.
Further details if any, can be had from this office on any working day during working hours. All the rules, pertaining to government quotation are applicable to this quotation also.
