Vice Chancellor's talk via Amrita University's e learning platform A-VIEW on 18th and 19th December2012.

                    Vice Chancellor of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Dr.B.Ashok will lead online Gurukul and Weekly discussion sessions  through A-VIEW on 18th and 19th December 2012.  A-VIEW is Amrita Virtual interactive e learning World, an e learning platform of Amrita University with the support from Ministry of Human resource development and IIT, Bombay. A-VIEW Classroom is a framework that provides a rich interactive social environment for E-Learning. It is simple, user friendly video conferencing software, which provides a great opportunity to a teacher to teach in a live interactive mode to various geographical locations across India.A-VIEW Classroom provides opportunity to connect several universities together and creates virtual world for students. It also acts as a Knowledge Cafe where students can discuss /chat about the lecture after the live class.

Dr. B. Ashok, IAS, Vice Chancellor, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University will lead the Online Gurukul session on 18th December 2012 with his talk on “Civil Services as a Career” via A-VIEW.Time-3PM-4PM
