Tenders are invited for supply of analytical,diagnostic and food processing equipments @KVASU

      TENDER NOTICE

                           Separate sealed tenders are invited from reputed registered firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers for the supply of analytical, diagnostic and food processing equipments under the RIDF/Special grant (EFC) funded infrastructural development programme of the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. The details, tender form, format of agreements etc., can be downloaded from the university web site www.kvasu.ac.in. A two bid system of tenders: Technical and Financial bid is intended for equipments under List-One of Annexure-I and single bid system of tenders for equipments under List-Two of Annexure-I. Completed tenders along with tender fee inclusive of 13.5% VAT and EMD@ 3% of the quoted amount for each item by way of two separate Demand Drafts drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Pookode, Lakkidi P.O, Wayanad, Kerala- 673 576 payable at State Bank of Travancore, Kalpetta branch should be submitted. Tenders for those equipments specified to be under two bid system should reach the Director of Academics and Research, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Pookode, Lakkidi P.O, Wayanad, Kerala- 673 576 before 3.00 P.M. on 13.02.2013. The technical bid of tenders will be opened at 10.30 A.M. on 14.02.2013 and financial bid tenders will be opened at 10.30 A.M. on 25.02.2013. Technically qualified tenders alone will be considered for the financial bid. List of all technically qualified bidders will be published in the website on 20.02.2013.
                       Tender for those equipments under single bid system should be submitted to the Dean, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Mannuthy, Thrissur- 680 651 before 3.00 P.M. on 15th February 2013 and the same will be opened at 10.30 A. M. on 16th February, 2013. The mode of procurement unless otherwise specifically stated shall follow GFR (Government of India) norms.The list of equipments under two bid systems is listed below. Those under single bid system and specifications of all items are available in the university web site www.kvasu.ac.in.
