01In the changing era of education, identifying and disseminating knowledge will facilitate the students, parents and teachers to take correct decisions on career; Says Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sri. K.P.Mohanan. Minister made this state ment during the inauguration of One day Orientation Training programme for Teachers under Jyothis Socio educational Project held at Resource Centre, Pannor, Kannur District on 29th June 2013. Minister lauded the efforts of KVASU in implementing the socio educational project.As part of the programme, 50 selected teachers were given training on ‘Quality Enabled Teaching-the Confident way’ under TOT mode by Directorate of Entrepreneurship of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. Hon’ble Minister released KVASU’s latest issue of the Newsletter Windows June 2013 and the hand book on ‘Quality Enabled Teaching-the Confident way’. District Educational officer, Thalassery Sri. Dineshan Madathil presided over the function. Vice Chancellor of KVASU Dr.B.Ashok IAS was the Guest of Honour and inaugurated the Seminar on Courses and Opportunities at Rajeev Gandhi Higher Secondary School, Mokeri. Registrar Dr.K.P.Sreekumar delivered the keynote address. Director of Entrepreneurship Dr.S.Ramkumar, President, Principals Forum Sri. Sasidharan Kuniyil offered felicitations. Director the Jyothis Project Dr.T.P.Sethumadhavan explained about the project. Dr.M.K.Madhusoodanan, Convener, Jyothis welcomed the delegates and Joint Convener Sri.Sureshbabu expressed vote of thanks.
