KVASU developed a Mobile Exhibition kit

                            The Directorate of Entrepreneurship has designed and released an innovative exhibition kit under the Mobile Exhibition Unit through the plan fund of the Kerala Government.Organizing exhibitions in different locations of the state, panchayats etc., to meet the requirements of the farming community, was usually a laborious process for the faculty of KVASU who used to involve in this endeavour. The recently designed Mobile Exhibition Unit to a great extent lessens the burden of carrying heavy display boards and other paraphernalia, that too, many in number.

                            The present Mobile Exhibition Unit has a light-weight, collapsible frame on to which the already designed and printed, attractive information about KVASU can be magnetically fixed. The frames comes in two sizes: 3m x 3m and 2m x 3m, and they can be arranged and exhibited within the space (like 3m x 3m ; 4m x 4m or larger dimensions) provided by the organizers. We can choose the two sizes of frames which can be comfortably carried to the place of exhibition. The exhibition units can be assembled and set ready in any location by a single individual within 10 minutes. These have attractive illumination support also. We have designed and developed 5 units in Malayalam as well as English. The general themes are around the academic developments, institutions of the University, Entrepreneurship activities, farms, services and facilities of the University.

                            One unit of this has been officially inaugurated by the Director of Animal Husbandry in Kottayam in connection with the State Level Farmer's day and Award distribution ceremony on 17th August 2013. The Board of Management members have visited the Mobile Exhibition Unit during the 22nd Board of Management meeting. The displayed Exhibition Units have been appreciated by the visitors. Some photographs of the Mobile Exhibition Unit panel boards are attached.These Mobile Exhibition Units are available at Head Quarters of the Directorate of Entrepreneurship at Pookode and in Camp office at Mannuthy. This facility of Mobile Exhibition Unit may be utilized to save time, money, labour and energy, wherever we get invitations to participate.
