Senior Office Consultant on Contract Basis

Applications are invited for the position of Senior Office Consultant on temporary contract basis in the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, at its regional training & Research centre in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a contract position approved by the Board of Management of KVASU.

Essential Qualifications

• Pass in pre-degree or equivalence
• At least 15 years of experience in typing, stenography.
• Degree or Diploma in stenography.
• Well versed in office management; office administrative and establishment matters.
• Ability to work in a team and Liaison with other organizations.

Key responsibility:

• To undertake typing & documentation works including stenography assistants.
• Experience in office management preferably in the government sector.
• Knowledge of office management and establishment of procedures.

Salary:

• Consolidated total pay of Rs.21500 (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Five Hundred only) per Month.

Period of Contract:

Duration of the contract is for one year or till the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Desirable:

• Computer Knowledge and English stenography.
• As Consultant he/she is expected to attend office out of office hours and during holidays as and when required.

Age:

• Upto 60 years.

Relaxation in age and qualifications may be considered to deserving applicants having longer years of experience in office management in Government and Quasi Government Organizations.
